At Baskin-Robbins, the health and safety of our guests, team members and the communities we serve remains our top priority.

Our stores are owned and operated by local franchise partners – members of your local community and we value the trust and support the community provides us in serving you each day.

In response to the recent COVID-19 health crisis, we have implemented a number of additional, proactive health and safety measures to ensure our stores continue to provide you with the best and safest experience possible.

For those of you who prefer to stay in, you’ll be pleased to hear all your Baskin-Robbins favourites are available for home delivery on Uber Eats, Menulog or Deliveroo.

Enhanced Health and Hygiene Standards

Every day we follow strict cleaning, quality control and hygiene procedures in each of our stores. This includes regular handwashing, use of gloves for food preparation and routine equipment and surface sanitation.

Additionally, we regularly undertake food safety audits in our stores to ensure we maintain the highest possible food safety and hygiene practices.

Social Distancing Measures

Changes to current Pink spoon sampling procedures will serve to minimise guest and team member contact to reduce exposure to any risk and further improve the safety of our stores. We also encourage guests to utilise Tap and Go on EFTPOS machines or use the BR Rewards app for a contactless service experience, avoiding cash handling.

Zero Contact Delivery Options

Our Delivery partners have put in place additional measures when delivering our desserts including ‘Zero Contact Delivery’ options. This means enjoying the world’s favourite ice cream & premium desserts delivered to your door without direct contact between you and your delivery partner, minimising unnecessary physical contact.

Team Member Health and Safety

At Baskin-Robbins, we are actively following all health and travel advice issued by the Australian Government including mandatory isolation periods for all team members returning from international travel. We are also ensuring our team is supported with clear health and hygiene protocols instore, as well as providing the information and support all team members need to stay at home if they are unwell for any reason.

We are continuing to monitor the developments of COVID-19 and will refine our approach as part of our commitment to supporting our guests and team members during these challenging times.

In the meantime, we thank you for your ongoing trust and support of your local Baskin-Robbins stores.
